Physical Policy

1) Members MUST attain a minimum average score of 1.0 or more on the NISOA Physical Test.

2) A member who fails to meet the minimum passing score on the Physical will be placed on probation.

3) In the event a member fails to meet the minimum passing score, they will have several opportunities to retake the test before the season starts.

4) If for some reason a member can not make any of the physical dates or times he/she may then be assigned one game as the referee and be assessed on that game, which they pay for. If the official passes the assessment , he/she shall be declared a member is good standing and taken off probation. No other games will be assigned until this action is completed.
