5) ENTIRE crew is to be physically on the field of play no less then 30 minutes prior to game.
6) Referee/AR is missing or late:
A. Missing/Late Referee:
AR1 will take over as head referee. AR2 moves in AR1 slot. If new referee can find a NISOA certified official, use him/her. If not, work a dual system for the entire game or until assigned official shows up at which point he/she moves into the AR2 slot. Make sure that it is noted in the game report who was missing.
B. Missing/Late Referee
If AR1 or AR2 is missing/late then follow same routine as stated in A above.
7) Game reports must be filled out on the GPISOA web site within 24 hours after the match.
8) If you can not do an assigned game call the assignor and turn it back to him. Do not just change with another referee.
